On the soles of our feet is a map of our body. Each reflex point corresponds with a point in the body. By applying pressure to these points we can bring about healing. In a reflexology session I work through the map applying pressure to each reflex point. It benefits all of the systems- skeletal, muscular, lymphatic, respiratory, endocrine, cardiovascular, nervous, digestive and reproductive. It rebalances the body and induces deep relaxation.
